Dan McLean was my agent when I bought my beautiful Victorian Flat back in 2003, and I have to say that is was one of the most pleasant experiences I've every had in buying anything remotely like this (considering how crazy the whole process can be). Before I found Dan, I worked with 3 other agents for about 7 months and each was only willing to feed me leads (something I was doing already through the online MLS).

Dan, however, was in contact with me almost every day with leads and times to go and check the places out. He was "over-the-top" considerate, professional, friendly and added such a personal touch to the whole deal.

Also, after the deal was done there were issues with non-disclosure on the seller's side. While, of course, Dan had nothing to do with this, without question he provided my info and guidance for a resolution.

Thanks to Dan, buying and selling went very smoothly. I kept asking him when something would go wrong, but it just never did.

Dan's customer service is amazing. He's always very accessible, and made me feel like I was his only client. He answered every question, explained everything clearly and never, ever applied any pressure.
